Heckle and Company, Maney Heckle and Kevin Turner, offer combined experience of over 40 years in property management.   Specialty H. M. Heckle and Company specializes exclusively in multi-family and commercial asset and property management.  The firm's clients have included sole proprietors, financial institutions, syndicated partnerships, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (F.D.I.C.) and the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC).   Accreditations In 1990, H. M. Heckle and Company received the prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  To earn this designation, firms must fulfill strict requirements in the areas of experience, integrity, and fiscal stability and must employ at least one CPM member who directs and supervises the organization's property management business.  The firm was one of the founding members of the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis (AAGM). AAGM is affiliated with the Tennessee Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.   Management Staff H. M.
